It's 13 degrees and very windy here. Cold as heck and not as pretty as Alaska, at least not in my neighborhood! Although it's cozy inside and there is lots for me to do, I also have errands that should be taking me out of the house, but I don't want to go! I comfort myself with the knowledge that I am saving fuel by staying home . . .

I would definitely stay home. I don't think anything could drag me out on a day like that!! I won't tell you what it's like here.
I would so love to see snow like that,it's so beautiful I think. I love the sand dollar display you have,did you make that yourself?
The snow is pretty to look at, Alice, and fun to have for a day or two, but the cold is no fun for anyone. It is 8 degrees right now, real temperature (not wind chill). My garage door is frozen open and I am hoping my car will start. Shiver.
I saw a similar sand dollar display in a small Sanibel spa, and couldn't wait to make my own. Sort of zen, huh? I'm glad you like it!
