When life gives you zucchini, make zucchini bread

We have certainly eaten our share of zucchini again this summer. Zucchini bread, grilled, sauteed, raw.... No problem growing that here!

Add a little cocoa to the batter, and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top before you bake it: voila, chocolate cake. It's nummy. :)
