But oh baby, it was worth it. Light, crispy, and with my last minute side dish of gin and tonic, the perfect dinner! :D
(and the blurry photo is because I am not a food photographer and don't have a food-friendly camera or set up -- it's NOT because of the gin and tonic, honest!)

Geez, when did my daughter learn to cook? I never taught her. LOL.
Yeah right, blame the blurry photo on the camera and not on the adult beverage side dish! Again LOL.
The chips look really yummy. You sure are making the most out of a few potatoes.
A likely story! LOL
They look great. Wish you could pass the bowl this way.

Oh THANKS MOM! I never claimed to actually know HOW to make potato chips. Just that Gail SHOULD make potato chips. And put them in a shipping crate and send them to San Diego. But she obviously got way-laid by a bottle of gin, and forgot that second part! lol.
Looks not bad. Next time maybe u can add some flavours to them. What about some chilli powder?
Those look good just the way they are. :-) Now don't you wish you had put out more potatoes?
